NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This isn't real!! It's a figment of my sleep deprived brain!!! Snape didn't kill Dumbledore!!! It's a mass halutionation caused by those moth-things Luna was talking about!!!!! Gaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!! I had just started liking Snape and now this happens!!! That ...TRAITOR!!!!! That utterly dispicable and horrible $^$#^#$!!!! Dumbledore trusted him!! How low can one person get??
No!! It didn't happen!! It didn't happen!!!!!!
Except for the Lupin/Tonks and the Harry/Ginny and the Ron/Hermione. That happened, but Dumbledore's death didn't!!!
Curses to JKR for lying to us about the HBP. Or maybe she didn't lie, and it was Mugglenet that did... Meh.
Seriously, this just doesn't seem real. Part of me wants to read the book again to double-check and the other part of me knows I don't need to, because it really did happen.
Though, after several hours of imagining all the horrible things I would do to Snape, I wondered if he had turned traitor or if he'd been hoodwinking Dumbledore this whole time. I really think that there was a better reason that Dumbledore trusted him rather than that "sorry for that thing that happened to James and Lily" theory Harry has. So then, he must have turned traitor. So what drove him over? Dumbledore accepting Sirius back into the fold. Snape is a person that holds grudges for a very long time against people and even their offspring, as shown in the books. He isn't the type of person to forgive and forget easily and Sirius wasn't really helping either, because he's the same sort of stubborn git (waaah, I'm sorry Siri-chan!!!). Snape saw the return of his childhood tormentor as a kind of betrayal on Dumbledore's part. I think Harry's "special treatment" by Dumbledore and the "bullying" of Malfoy also contributed, but Sirius was the last straw, I think. Well, I hope I'm right, it makes him at least somewhat pitiable at least.
And speaking of pitiable... Poor Malfoy!!! I really hope they save him.
BTW, was Sirius's brother's middle name ever mentioned? >__>
(I asked first dangit!!! So nobody else take credit if what I'm thinking about is right!!!!)
And anybody notice how the book color was a kind of clue?
