Well, I thought I would tell everyone we're leaving today(yes it is a day early but this allows us time to rest), oh and system oof a down is going to have a concert here the friday after we get back so we're also going to see them

I've done a bit of Googling to see the results on the Otakon AMV contest, but haven't been able to find them. The Otakon website seems to only have something about a game show up on its 2005 awards page. Anyone know what the placings were, especially for Scintilla's and Cyanna's entries?

I used to go to Otakon. I went in 1999, 2000, and 2002 but I stopped going because it got sooooo crowded. You also used to get really cool deals from the dealers because you just couldn't find anime stuff anywhere. . .now it's everywhere. It was a lot of fun while it lasted though. Otakon's the largest Otaku convention on the East coast right? It's cool I live next to Baltimore.
