Tripe is good, only tripe i eat though is from chinese dim sum. That tripe is to die for, so good.

MMmmm. <3 Tripe stew is awesomely delish. :) The little restaurant that sells it around here only sells it on Thursday, so Tim buys some for me occasionally and I melt some cheese in it. Soo tastey. <3
