And I was kind of hoping for some thoughts on what I should become after my magician reaches level 30. I was an Ice Wizard on Beta, but now I'm having doubts about if I should head down that road again, or pick something new.

So yeah, thoughts?

Be an ice wizard! I mean, our 3rd job rocks socks!
Well, not really... but I'd like to think so.

You can do about 9000 to 6 bains... they give 1800 exp each.
I want to do that.
Fire is the worst... Cleric... Depends, you use the same attack for 40 more levels.
Or heal.
Depends if you have many friends with who you party with regularly.
Otherwise, Ice/Lit. I party with Khris and Ath mainly, but am an ice wizard.

I enjoy the freeze. For quick training, try making lightning first.

Fire is the worst, you say? Gee, I've always thought Cleric was the worst. XD

So now it's between Ice and Cleric.
Even thought I like to train alone, and I'm not a big Party Quest fan, I still like the idea of being able to heal with MP. ^^

And have people begging me to join their party.

I think that fire doesn't boost the advantages of ice. Ice, 2 second freeze, multiple attack, it brilliant. Fire Arrow may be more powerful, but can only strike one opponent at a time, and cannot stop them.
For Cleric experiences, Khris would know better.

So as I was saying, Clerics are awesome because people praide the ground you walk on just so you'll heal them.

You almost never worry about pots, even mp I find.

From level 40-50 where most people say is the hardest time to level, clerics breeze on due to B3 and ZLupin tree.

We also get called Moses.

Even though Maple Global is currently down, before, it said they were preparing for some major things in about a week or so, which, we assume, is Cash Shop and 3rd jobs.

It started a while ago, but is 8 hours long.

It is really fun, but at the moment, these is a server check going on, I think, still.

When it's done, you should be able to download it at http://www.mapleglobal.com. You need to create an account too, and can only do it on the site.

When you start playing, I recommend the Bera server, as that is where the large majority of us play.

I think that is the asian server, so no...
