At the moment I'm switching between Teleny (Oscar Wilde) and Die Mitte der Welt (great book, I read it the third time but most of you won't knwo it since it was only published in Germany as far as I know).

I'm on Inkspell, by Cornelia Funke... it's really good. But I've been working on it for quite awhile because I no longer have as much free time to read.

I'm currently reading volume 2 of Proust's Recherche de temps passe (In Search of Lost Time). Which for all of you that don't know, is a 3000+ page masterpiece of moden literature.
After that, I'm going to read David Foster Wallace's Infinite Jest, a 'po-mo' novel with 100 or so pages of footnotes for the 1000 page text body.
I do have a tendency to read long, long books.

I'm re-reading Will of The Empress, by Tamora Pierce, but I just finished Green Angel, by Alice Hoffman. It took me maybe half an hour to read, and it will haunt me for the rest of my life. Read it. Now. I command you. Amazing.

The Elfstones of Shannara - Terry Brooks.
Re-read, actually. I love this book, although I haven't quite gotten to my favorite part yet... it's possibly my favorite of the three in this particular series of Shannara books. Maybe my favorite out of all of them - I dunno, can't remember what most of the other books were about. I'm working my way to re-reading them, though.
Next I am going to read
Windsinger, by William Nicholson. I think one of my friends suggested it to me, but it may have been a different book as well, dunno. o_o And after that are two books that my dad wants me to read.

Ehs. I read Inkheart and I didn't really like it that much... I suppose I'll go buy it from the library and see how it's like...
Shades of Simon Grey - Joyce McDonald, for independent novel study in English class.

Currently reading "The second summer of the sisterhood" (of the travelling pants)

Currently I am reading Animal Farm by George Orwell.
So far, I like it. I just dislike all of the symbolism, it gets kind of confusing.
I think next I am going to read Eragon and then Eldest.

Why?
Did you not like it? I have heard from many people that they loved it. Then, I have heard from many people that they don't care for them.
