I'm too young.
Unfortunately we can't drive at 16 ...

But I already managed to drive around a bit, with my dads permission, and I'm definitely getting a license when I'm old enough. :P

I've had my license for three years now (can't believe it's been that long) but it's not that big of a deal. I never was too excited about it, and after awhile driving just gets old.

Meh. I don't see what the big fuss is about driving. I'm a 14-year-old sophmore, so most of the kids in my grade at least have their temps. I personally won't be able to drive until my senior year, but none of my friends will either (overprotective parents :P ) so I don't feel too bad about it.

The question is, though...If I had my license, where would I go?

that's kinda like my situation. I could technically get my permit if i wanted to, but everywhere I would want to go is within walking distance. that and the fact that i'm too lazy. I just don't see what the big deal is.

What's the point? Getting my license won't make me a better person. Cars don't grow on trees, nor does car insurance and gasoline. Plus I have nowhere at all to go anyway.

I'm too young, I have to wait 3 more years to get my permit. I really can't wait, though, because I could go out and do more with my friends, because a lot of times we can't do something like go to the movies because our parents are too busy and can't drive us there. Plus, I'll be the first one out of most of my friends to get my license so I can pick them up and take them everywhere. =D It sounds like a lot of fun, but I tend to worry a lot so I'll probably freak out at first when I'm learning. :P

have a license, got it when I was 16. Only had a permit for a few months. But our school had driver's ed, so once I passed that then my driving test, I was eligible for a "full" driver's license with no restrictions.

Of course these days, I just keep the license for identification purposes, I haven't driven a car in about 8 years - and have no intention of getting behind the wheel anytime soon.

Too young, I suppose... I'm old enough to get a pink slip (or something like that? I dunno) so that I can get a learner's permit when I turn sixteen, but I don't have the knowledge to take that test, so, yeah. :P
