About PetPet avatars and the petpet lab ray:

I have what started out as a snowbunny, but it's now it's been zapped into some wierd thing. Will I get the snowbunny av after i've had it long enough?

And, if I have a petpet zapped into something else, will that count? like my poppit gets zapped into a huggy, when it's been a huggy long enough, will I get the av?

You won't get the snowbunny av unless the petpet is currently a snowbunny when it is over 365 days. If it is zapped into something else (an avatar petpet) and is old enough to achive that avatar, it will count.

I have had three reports of an appropriately aged petpet being zapped into a quad and not giving the avatar. However, one of them left it as a quad for 60 days and got the avatar then.

That's odd. i zapped a very old petpet into both a slorg and a gruslen and got the avatars. Maybe it's a glitch that affects quads?

Yes, so far I've only heard of this happening with quads. As you posted, all other zapped petpets seem to get you the avatar if they are already aged when zapped. I found it strange too, so thought I would mention it and see if anyone else has noticed something similar.
