Yay - my first visit to this forum! I think I'm gonna like it!

It's amazing to see the real ages of people here who, in the environment of this forum, are far my seniors, but yet are younger than me. Not so much a feeling of inferiority, but more a pleasant feeling to see that those who would have, in another place and time, been segregated by societal convention, can interact as equals.

Okay here's my answer: 1987 CE/AD (or 2758 AUC which looks cooler :battar: )

Guess I'll tell you what year I was REALLY born in.

1986! I'm kind of in the middle. Not too young and not too old.

1990. It was great when I was little and wanted to figure out how old I'd be in a certain year. :P

I must say, I'd have to agree. Especially that particular week in May when you and I were both born =P

You know, seeing what year people were born makes them seem younger to me than seeing their ages. Probably because 1990, for example, doesn't seem like 15 years ago, to me. I mean, in my head, and I'm sorry it's like this, because it's rather rude of me, anyone born in 1990 or after, must just be like a baby (sorry!) because, at that time, I was already in school and knew how to read and stuff, and it's just weird to me.

Yeah, that may be part of it for me. It's like when I walk around the college where I work, and I realize that the folks who are visiting as prefreshmen and are high school juniors or seniors...by the time I'd learned to read, ride a bike, and conjugate swear words (thanks, Dad!), they weren't even born yet.

It's worse when I see these girls and say, "hey, she's kind of cute" and then realize that she'd have know idea who Ollie North or Margaret Thatcher are. That, and the whole creepy felony thing.

I was born in 1991.

It's weird to see people born in 1993, because you all are younger than my little brother...

Chasity, I am not a baby.

I sort of feel the same way when I see little kids. I'm in middle school now, but sometimes if I'm at a store or a restauraunt and I see a 5 year old running around and screaming, I always ask myself, "Did I do that when I was that age?", and it's kind of creepy to think about how you acted when you were little. XD
