And would anyone want to explain the ratio when it goes like "3:2" or like "9:3", I mean I get it if it's like "5:1" but I never got when the 2nd term was a term greater than 1.

By the way I have a question - if somebody has a posting requirement, should it be assumed that they are evil? Or is there another reason that everyone screams "posting requirement!!" everytime they think they see one

Posting requirement does not equal evil. I've had posting requirements in past games and I was actually frighteningly good.

The reason people yell "POSTING REQUIREMENTS AAAAH" is because they can't find another reason to execute so they make up a stupid one.

Not necessarily. Posting requirements aren't always evil, but probably most of the time they are. You can't throw away the idea of a person being bad just because posting requirements don't always mean bad, as they can often lead straight to an evil player.
