There are a fair deal of moves like that one, most with an either/or situation. Most of those moves are heal and deflect once or deflect all. I'm not going to tell you which one to use so you get to chose. When one of those specials is up for use, they would need activation.

Who is replacing the extra two people? I thought all the SSMB people were already in the game? Or are you gonna use other nitentdo characters that didn't make SSMB like Diddy Kong and Wario?

That was to be revealed later, so I can only hint for now. Aside from the two I have predestined to join us from the Clouds (and one that was green with envy to join), I was going to let all of you choose a few other characters to drop (4, to be chosen much, much later) and others to join (3, since I already chose a third addition if wanted). I hope we can get through this with Sonic speed.

In my book, the Sega Genesis will always pwn every other system, unless of course, I can somehow be impressed by another system as much as I was when the Genesis was released, but I doubt it. ;D

Story as of now:
A shape appears in the distance. It looks like Peach's Castle. One more day of battle and we should reach there by Round 5. Also, Koopa seems to have some connection to Giga Bowser. I think it is best to try to get through Giga Bowser while there are still extra characters to take the damage.

Preferred Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 damage’ [Do not forget the underline, red, and bold.]

Simple Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for-3 damage’ [Do not forget the bold.]

Preferred Heal format: ‘[Character] heals for +2 HP [Do not forget the green and bold.]

Round 4 Announcements:
1: DK gets a special this round. Because I know sirclucky is a DK fan, I want him to be the one to use the move.
2: Since it seems to be the rage to talk about who is coming in Phase 3, here are a couple more secrets. Since Nintendo does not own me or the rules we play by, their characters are not protected from being dropped. You will be the ones choosing who stays and goes. The top six characters will not be eliminated. More of what is coming will be announced when we have ten or less characters left.

Sega is still indy, but they make games for both Nintendo and Sony (since they are the only good systems left now that Dreamcast is dead ).
4: Maybe if Koopa was defeated, Giga Bowser may appear, but what do I know

This Round's Weapons:
2 Fan: No damage, but the target can not attack or heal for the rest of the round.
1 Star Rod: -4 damage to one character and -2 damage to another

This Round's Specials:
Sheik - Needle Storm: -1 damage to distributed any way for up to four characters. (You can target the same person more than once, just make sure you specify the action).
DK - Spinning Kong: -3 damage to two characters
Ganon - Dark Dive: -3 damage to one character. Target can not attack for the rest of the round
