Friends, thats the only thing I'm looking foward too this year because I'm scared of going to high school, it's just so big! Oh and I'm also looking foward to being able to stay after school, high school is only 5 minutes away from my house so I don't have to take the bus! =D

I'm looking forward to hanging out with my friends again, since thier all at camp. And of course, seeing my crush. :P And volleyball, I'm planning on trying out for the volleyball and swimming teams. I'm going to change for the better this year. Hehe, no more looking like I'm shy!

For me, Year 11 isn't going to be much fun most of the time because it's exam year. I'm going to have full GCSE and IGCSE mocks after the Christmas holidays, then Easter will roll around and the real exams will send me a little bananas. I want to know everything I've learned in Year 10 off by heart to make Year 11 easier. Next year I'll have to be very good and manage my time well, and finish all homework before the next week starts if I want to do halfway well. There's also a scholarship I sort of want to try for.

But in September, I'm looking forward to seeing my new timetable. I hope I get to have the same PE classes with my friends, especially my best friend. (Even though I suck at PE. :P) I'm also curious to see if there's going to be anyone new, although I don't think there will be many, if any. Also to see who's gone, which might be a bit sad.

In October there's a school trip to a Thailand resort I'm going to and I'm really looking forward to that! I'm still weak and tired from being sick so often over the last two years or so, and a proper holiday like that will do bunches of good. :)

November there will be IB courses to pick. I'm also keen to learn more about the IB because it gives something to look forward to in the middle of plowing through GCSEs. Plus some motivation. ("If I do well now I'll do well next year.")

December will be Christmas (which I like better than my own birthday). Apart from revision during the holidays, maybe I can have some fun as well.

January are mocks, darn, but at least we get exam leave. :D Afterwards, it's Chinese New Year in January/February where I lots of money! $$$ Then my birthday rolls around in March (and I pray next year I'll actually have a happy one) and Easter. After that's the real exams, but before that, there's the Year 11 Graduation Ball to look forward to as well. I want a pwetty dress. =3 I've never been to a formal before.

In the summer of next year I'll try and make the most of my holiday. I hope I get to go to Canada to see my brother's graduation (although it may be during exams *bonks exams*) and maybe visit a friend there, maybe China to see grandmother again, going to chase my friends around to go out with me and throw in a summer job at my mother's place as well if I can. Busy little me! ^_^

Eh, not really looking forward to it a whole lot. :P

If I have to choose though, it'd be hanging out with my friends on a regular basis. I try to hang out with them a lot over summer but some people I just don't really get to see.

Uhh, does getting a job count? Heh, other than that nothing really, it's going to be the same as it's been year after year..

Tue Jul 13, 2004 4:49 am

Nothing. Eh, at least I'll have something to do though.

The year 11 grad ball. Definately. I should go shopping for a dress (an actual nice formal one that I will be forced to wear because the ball is FORMAL *grumbles) with probably my very dear friends.
What else? Err...well I shouldn't say more because um, I don't know if I'll succeed...*must look for the worst*

And I hope to get rid of this unoriginal person who sits beside me and copies my test answers and got lower marks than me for science in the year 10 mocks (because she ALWAYS copy me in tests) :D  She's probably the person I'm not looking forward to seeing.

Oh and I hope there will be some new students in our year...and I really really hope they would be mature, especially if the student's a guy. *coughs* Guys in our year in our school are mostly sad and well, losers *i did not say that*.

And also this "Ultimate Thailand Experience"!! I'm really looking forward to that! It would probably be the only week I have of true relaxation XD yay to the elephants and bananas :D We get to do heaps of things in Thailand and yay! it's going to really fun!

For some reason I'm looking forward to PE. Especially dance (that comes at the end of the year) because I hope that even the guys who think they're so "cool" would have to dance  and there are loads of other activities such as Canoeing! Oh, and water polo and fitness training...totally not looking forward to that but well, I hope I'll do better this year...dude I totally suck at PE >.< what's even worse is one of the swimming teacher Ms Owen spotted me and asked me to join swimming training, which i'm STILL deciding whether I should or not >.< oh well...argh, she remembered my name! :x that's not exactly good

I'm looking forward to football games. Cheering at them, practicing cheerleading, making signs. Stuff like that. I can't wait for basketball cheerleading to start but thats not until november.

Music theory, new band music, football games, (band) performances, new people, more challenging classes, and hopefully better lunches.
