One question, you say Dead People can say things like "I think TDG is good", but there's no graveyard. Does that mean dead people can privately communicate ?? I think that'd be a problem (especially with baddies)

I'm not going to limit private communication through deadies, basically because it was going to happen anyway, whether I said so or not. It's not a kind of rule you can check on very well.

Here's the distinction:

A Capital (with an A) is the city in which the government of the country is located.

The Capitol (with an O) building is the building in which the United States Congress meets and passes laws.
