It's for pets level 250 and above, I believe. You gain automatic entry when your pet reaches that high.

Is there a link on the maps anywhere? I remember there was a link from the news when it was first released, but I haven't seen that since.

And is it worth trading in the 10 codestones you need to make a red codestone if you're not level 250+?
