So how does it work with a spooky treasure map?

from what i've heard, you get 6-10 spooky foods and some NP. as most people know, spooky foods can either be 10-100NP (which a lot are) all the way up to UB... but as with most maps, it's a gamble and usually you're better off selling it

You're telling me. I converted an Original map once, and got a few weird foods worth no more than 1K apiece, a Neodeck card, and a Pirate Cannon (R97). I know Pirate Cannon sounds like a completely awewsome BD item, but it's a GARDENING item that costs about 175K. It took me MONTHS to sell it. I'm never doing that again.
However, rumor has it you can get H4Ks from converting Space maps. Is this still true, and do you get them enough for that method to be cost-effective?

i've bought some treasure maps through sellers just for fun. 200k each, won about 60-80k in items each time, =p. i decided my spending whims are better used on WC maps where at least i get a gallery to look at.
as for space maps, those are retired now, so you never get those through random events. i've heard the h4k rumor before though, and... i dunno, assuming each map is around 500k, do you think you'd get an h4k in 20+ tries? someone might wanna try =)

I love Spooky map ! It was my only map ( I'm still newbie ) and i got : over 10k, Snorkle Snout worth 100k, Bloody Goast Toast worth 20k Chocolate Covered Peanuts worth 5k and some cheap spooky food
If you have luck - you must have it ! Snorkle Snout is what you want, right ?! I heard that if you don't have luck you may end up with ONLY junk items... So you want - you buy ! You don't want - you don't buy !
Secret Laboratory Map is very good but it costs...

i just spent all my money lol on a treasure map....
got a Tylix card, a Shahuaga The Red card, a deserted carnival chair, a zomutt petpet tunnel and a warm green blanket.....
and bout 7,000 nps

Optima, a full petpet lab map is worth about 20k whereas an original secret lab map is worth about 450K - I'm afraid you're gonna have to start earning them NPs
