they tend to post news at varying times, so there is no set time.. generally it appears in the first few hours, but i remember once when it was posted just 3 hours before the new day 
and with the bandages.. if i hadn't seen a picture of what i was supposed to be looking for i would still be refreshing

lol, since I found out about the Altador plot my idea of going out is having a smoke on the balcony 
Either way, I think the next thing out might well be one of the two buildings with the flags and stuff are clickable.
