I think they caught Michael and either brainwashed him or convinced him they'd give him Walt if he cooperated with them. So he goes back to the hatch and makes it look like Henry escaped after shooting Michael, AL, and Libby. So now Michael's going to take them back to the Others' camp believing they can fight them, but he's really leading them into a trap.

Yeah that's the feeling I'm getting too.

They're either gonna be led into a trap.... whoever goes.
OR the others are waiting for everyone with the guns to leave so they can take over their hatch and capture or kill the survivors that were left behind.
Perhaps Michael is brainwashed.. or maybe he's doing it all to save his son. Who knows though... but it's hard to believe he would willingly kill 2 innocent people and then shoot himself in his arm without even flinching and NOT be brainwashed.

I was just reading around and the website - http://www.thehansofoundation.org got an update. Also listen to the girl when she says check out the newsletter, something interesting to say the least.

Also on todays episode 3/4 through on the commercials they showed a "Hanso Foundation" commercial, as a real commercial.

I noticed that too. I'm trying to remember what the number was so I could call it... it was like 1-877-GOHANSO or something like that.

Personally, I don't think Libby is dead. She's just shot, and they'll find some way to make her better. I guarantee you AL is gone for good, though. I seriously doubt they would kill off Libby just as her plot line was starting to develop. As for Henry... I can't wait to see what they'll do to him. One final thought: was anyone else kind of freaked out by the preview? It looked like one of our favotire characters will be pushed off of a cliff. If you saw it, you'll know who I'm talking about, and you're just as afraid for his life as I am.

I saw Michael as an Other once he was in the hatch. I just didn't see the murders coming. Good job on the writers part. Anna was going to end up in jail permanently sooner or later, and Libby was casted to another show too. I just wasn't expecting their leaving so soon. Oh well. The TV industry is pretty weird.

Info on stuff regarding AL and Libby dying, interview of sorts. Might clear things up a bit.

I found out what the phone number thing was. Call 877-HANSORG (you might need to try several times) and you'll get a clue for a webquest. I'm not even kidding. The Hanso Foundation website is thehansofoundation.org ...

You'll find out a lot of information and backstory for the company that runs the Dharma Initiative, and the people who founded it. If you're REALLY good, you'll even find out a lot about the disease, and its origins. I'm not going to give it away, so you'll have to find it yourself :roflol:

Definitely gives you something to do when you're waiting for the next installment in the Altador plot.

The other interesting thing about this is, if you're not an avid LOST fan, this would seem like a completely real website to you. However, the call to the Hanso Foundation is totally worth it. I tried it again a few days ago, and a lot of the voicemail messages mention an involvement with Paik Heavy Industries... we all know who owns THAT company <cough>Sun's father</cough>

Ok.. raise your hand if you cryed at the end of this episode! *raises hand*

I haven't watched it all yet, just the last 30mins... but dangit if that part with Hurley talking to Libby didn't just make me bawl like a baby.

Even thinking about him apologizing to her for forgetting the blankets.... :(

You're not alone. When he was apologizing for forgetting blankets... it was pretty heart wrenching.

Oh man! Did this episode TOTALLY make you question just what the heck this show is actually about? Because I know it made me wonder just what is actually going on.

Yeah, he felt like it was his fault because she was going in to get them. It was really, really sad. However, a couple of things people should have noticed:

In the Orientation video in the Pearl hatch, Marvin Candle HAD an arm. He used it to load the suction tube. In the one in the Swan hatch, his left arm was a prosthesis.

The psychic who argued with Eko is the same one who convinced Claire to go to Los Angeles.

Did anyone see the commercial for the Hanso organisation, "hidden" in one commercial break? The site is http://www.sublymonal.com, go check it out, it's freaky looking...but Wikipedia seems to already have its solution.

Oh, I totally didn't catch the arm thing. Or the psychic thing. Wow I really suck. If I knew, I'd like this episode a little more, cause I totally predicted the Libby thing. Heartwrenching, but it got kinda bleh when Kate "told" Hurley the news and Hurley didn't look like he was doing anything in particular.

Still haven't watched the whole thing yet, but I didn't catch the arm thing. Geeze... some people catch every single detail heh.
I mean I was even looking for stuff and still didn't see that lol.

Again, here's what you have to do for the website thing:

1. Call 877-HANSORG (in the US, I don't know the other numbers). Be sure to listen to every extension. Especially listen to the general information one. About 1/3 of the time, someone named Persephone will give you a password: breaking strain. Remember that.

2. Go to <a>thehansofoundation.org</a>. Sign up for the newsletter with any name (but one you'll remember). You'll need that password now. If you see a picture of an orangutan go by, you've done it right.

3. Go to Joop's Corner. Send any message to Joop, and he'll howl and you go to a scene with a bunch of circles. Click them to connect them, until eventually a red circle shows up. Click it to go to a series of letters. There will be places to click to find the two letters. This will mainly tell you about the mysterious disease and its origins.

4. Go to the Executive Bio of Alvar Hanso, and click the date under his picture. It'll take you through another series of damning evidence.

5. Now you need to go to subLYMONal.com. Figure out what to do here (it's not hard). After you do, you'll get another password. Enter it on Thomas Mittelwerk's page, and press enter. Click on the door that appears.

I think that's all you can do for now. By the way, I hope someone noticed that the commercial was paid for by Sprite.

Another by the way: For whoever is in charge of thread splits, please don't split this until the season finale discussion is over, in case it gets over 10 pages. There are only two episodes left. I can't wait!!

At the time, I was sure I heard it, but now I'm wondering if I imagined it..

Was the guy in the confession booth Charlie at first? I swear I heard him say '..I had physical relations with a girl I didn't even know...' or something.. Then it like, flipped to another confession, and it was the other guy.

I'm pretty sure it's an australian accent all the way through *shrug*

Well, that was a very... informative episode of LOST. Again, a couple of things you should have noticed:

-Mrs. Clue asked Michael if Walt had ever appeared anywhere he shouldn't have been. I hope that rings some bells...

-Walt told him not to listen, they weren't who he thought they were. Michael has listened to the Others so far, and they have kept their end of the bargain also. The boat?

Also, does anyone know what happened to Alex? It looks like she was knocked out or something. Mrs. Clue is obviously a fake name too, like Ethan Rom or Henry Gale.
