EDIT: BTW, my fishnet and chain fetish has now calmed down a bit after seeing your pictures. I'll have to keep coming back to look at them when I am I need of seeing more of it, haha...god I love fishnets and chains ^_^

18 to buy alcohol.
I believe that the age limit is something like 4 to consume alcohol in your own home that has been given to you by a parent- obviously getting a 4 year old drunk is child abuse but you get the picture, hopefully.
At 16 you can buy alcohol on licensed premises if it's with a meal. Crisps do not count as a meal.
