Original trilogy: Lando.

Prequel trilogy: Bail Organa, for some reason not even clear to me.

Boba Fett was and still is my favorite.

After Fett comes: Thrawn, Wedge, Corran Horn and Baron Fel. I like them all too much to choose.

R2-D2, the unsung hero of the entire Star Wars saga. Think about it - in each movie he's saved *someone*! And if he hadn't saved Padme is Episode II, there would be no Luke or Leia (or evil Anakin for that matter, but . . .)

But overall, I love R2-D2 (agree with above), C3PO, and Jar Jar Binks

Han Solo and R2-D2.

Not very fond of the newer prequel Star Wars...They make me cringe, so no favorite character there.

I also like Wicket the Ewok... I'd almost prefer him to Chewie, except we don't get to as much of him in the series (and yes, I like the cute furry characters).
