Where is Pizzaroo?

Has anyone else noticed that Pizzaroo is gone from its normal shops area? Maybe, when they redrew the map, they wanted to draw Pizzaroo out. If so, does anyone know its URL still? I think it still exists--I saw that one of the red Pteri Neopets Hints mentioned Pizzaroo.
