Neo-Glitchiness? (or is it just me?)

I can't seem to do anything at neopia central. I too got that message yesterday about entering a non-blank user name, but I just played some games and didn't let the problem bother me. But tonight I wanted to feed my pets some cereal and can't seem to activate/load anything but games. No shops, no bank, no training school at mystery island (I thought I'd complete a course one of my new pets was on) - Can't get there from here. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

I've been trying to update my userlookup for the past half hour, but it keeps giving me an error message (ERROR: We cannot update your personal information). Is this another glitch or is it just me making mistakes?

Hi Scarabug, I remember reading your posts when we were doing the Altador plot. Is your problem any better? The neoboards suggested that I update my Java and reboot. I already had the last version of Java but I've done a routinue update and rebooted (again) and am now going to try Neopets again but I don't hold out much hope for my problem to go away. My computer appears to be working just fine anywhere else just not on Neopets I'll repost when I know more .... or less
