I work at a horse barn. I groom horses, fill up the water buckets, scoop up poop, and sometimes feed.

You of all people, I expected to have a work ethic. :P

Pffft. Work ethic? Me. No way. Work ethics don't exist at McDonald's. :)

Drive Thru is worse :P hate to tell you but I was in Drive Thru for 2 years at McD's. You also get grumpier customers.

I work for the largest convenience chain there is... one guess to what it is.

I love most of my customers, I don't like the drunks that we get in the middle of the afternoon, or the crack and meth heads... need to be careful with them.

I love most of my co-workers except 2 people whom I've labeled the 2 lazies. I got in trouble one day for one of the lazies not doing her front counter duties when I was in the kitchen all night. Which also makes me say I hate it when the boss is grumpy.

I despise Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. We are the only place open in this town on those days and boy at least 20 people in the lineup constantly with 1 person running cash and the other person cooking and running cash. I was the cook for the whole last season... I made the boss give me a week off after Christmas because of that.

Which McDonalds do you work in? :D I'll have to check my burgers for poison if I'm to go there.

Excuse me, but Paul has informed me that he's not a burger-flipper.

I assume that he is a fry-tosser instead.

If Paul is tossing anything near my burgers I'll have to check them.

Those were the best days to work when I worked at McD's (worked there for eight years). I was a swing manager, so I got time and half :), and I'd let everyone screw around as long as they got their work done. We'd sit in the lobby and watch the TV's, play the game cubes we had there, or play cards, and go out for tons of smoke breaks. It was great!

I work in a small clothes shop in a shopping city near by. The best part is working at the till, cause I love taking money and giving money and the kaching! noise. The worst part is when I screw up at the till and accidentally charge £1999 instead of £19.99 -_-

oO

PS. Just so you know, no one tosses fries or flips burgers ever, it is all about pressing buttons and letting them cook automatically :D

My most enjoyable moments have been when I got paid. :D The least enjoyable moment is probably when I was giving a delivery and felt foolish because of a little confusion making the delivery. It wasn't a big deal, though. Besides deliveries, I basically just wash dishes, mop up, and prepare the food. I'm content with what I do. I work at Orchid Thai Restaurant.

I work on a website, so I work alone, which is a benefit. Also getting to get excused from class to work on it, since it's owned by a teacher ;)

Worst is when I'm surprised with a ton of stuff to put up suddenly and have to take a couple hours doing it, or when I spend a couple hours trying to make something work and it doesn't.

Also, the site I don't normally work on but got commissioned to do, I spent hours - days - trying to figure things out because the coding and site design was really odd. Then once I finally got things figured out (a couple near mental breakdowns later) and had delt with the most annoying man in the world for a while, he decided that he didn't want the site done. Oh well. He had paid me, anyway. (The owner of my normal website thought he didn't like my attitude and that's why he fired me. :P)
