How many question words do you know that have only three letters? How can a clue get any clearer?
Really I never get to do the LC because I am usually not good at this sort of thing, but if these clues aren't helping it's because you're either not trying hard enough, or trying too hard.

It seems there would be no words with the letters KXZ in them...
KXZ NTFD VSTPV TPQ XF SKQ XLSVBUQ XI SKQ NTCBE VKXJ BF FQXJBT EQFSPTW
Do the spaces count? Is it all jumbled up together or what..doesn't seem like it.

There are no words with KXZ in them -- it's a type of code.

How is the answer 10 I counted 9

There's one you can barely see just under the roof (right in the center) -- it still counts.
