You know, I've often wondered why I like collecting avatars even though I never go to the boards. Seriously, the other night was the first time I'd ever posted there in the three years I've had my current main account...and yet I'm still like yay avatars! :loser:

In contrast, I post on the boards all the time and yet I have no desire to collect avatars or even change the one I use

you know what, i meant precisely the opposite. it was posted that the quad-whatever costs muchhhh less than the other petpet, but it gives an avatar. so what i meant to say is why is it less expensive if it gives you an avatar?

I think that the statement was something to the effect of:
The Quadrapus costs about 1/5 of the dubloons of the Wewoo and yet it sells for 1/2 the np that the Weewoo does.

The increase in price of the Quadrapus relitive to the Weewoo is due to the fact that the former is used in an avatar while the latter is not.
