Lots of people CAN do things (workarounds) but once they find out they can, and is against a contract, refrain from such out of human decency.

And as much as I am not an uber rich Neopian and I wish to have more more more, and I worked damn hard (to play by the harsh rules) over almost 2 years now clicking on boring sponsor games, etc. just to get where I am, I do think the previous post is more to the point in that you are kind of taking the "fun" (even if it is a challenge sometimes) out of the neopets experience, even if neopets itself is still evolving (and I don't mean to Premium, I have personal reservations against that actually).

I mean you created the hack because it was a challenge right? So why not just sort of really forget you made it (acknowledge you have done so, brag to friends if you must, and be congratulated) and in the end just play the game like it is meant to be played. Creating extra false cards is cheating, if you played chess then creating extra pieces is cheating, etc.

Use your best judgement and choose wisely in the end. 0:)

Rules are inherently never fair to one-and-all; if they were there would be no need for rules in the first place (representing a "bar" for competition).

If neopets is EASY for you, and boring, I suggest asking others what they do to keep themselves mentally active on gaming, rather than hacking.

yah your right forget this hack

thankyou your very enticive

Yes. Just got the book at 10:14 PM NST.
I missed the last two (?) giveaways. And I love books. :)

And yeah, it's done that every time I've been able to get her. It's just to tease you, there is only one item given out a day.

Grrrr, missed her because I had to get rid of a huge spider from above my stove.

I have been online for a couple of hours and only just left before the message came in. :(

Daze, your story is so compelling. Heart-warming, really!

I suggest you commission TNT to make a "Spyder on a Stove" stamp or "Spyder Above A Stove" Usuki item or something for Tarla to giveaway.

That way it will be well worth your while having missed it, as I have such lately doing regular, random things around the computer, everywhere except in IE. I just so happened to finish a post, check the Alert and lucked out. I don't even think it blinked this time, but I checked anyway. But before it did blink. Most of those times I was told she left the building. Yes, lol, I think neopets needs to tweak something or do something different with Tarla and her toolbar.

That is a nice way of looking at it. :)

It was a huge hairy Huntsman (these monsters jump out at you, when angry) - my teenage son was going to get it down but it kept hiding (the spider was inside the vent/light area above the stove). In the end I had to get the broom and "encourage" the spider to crawl on to it. :D

It all ended peacefully when I flicked it outside.

Perhaps the giveaway will end once all the items on Tarla's little roulette thingy (that square that flashes through different prizes before landing on the 'prize of the day') are given out. I've seen previous prizes on it, like the starry pb.

Set made by Moogie. Thanks for the wonderful work :)

Glad you took that all in jest, as was meant. :) In retrospect I can see how some might even think I was mocking them. I have also had a hard time getting Tarla's stuff but when I have I did feel I then "earned" it, lol.

EDIT: Still, with a story like "saving your family from a deadly spider" I still think it is worth commissioning a stamp or something similar over. :P

lol yah i get items quickly on the spot and on alert in shops thanks to my home made extension for firefox, not the toolbar though lol that thing sucks, it ruined my favorites

anyways
all i have to do is type in a name of an item im searching for
and it goes into auto pilot and automatically goes to the page, haggles exact price, and buys it in 2 seconds

..and you think that such is not detected? A human cannot haggle as fast as a bot. So if you're going to be a man and have the guts to post your Neopets user name here you'll soon face consequences.

I think we've been over what they were doing is against TaC enough and there is no more need to voice our anger. He said he saw the error of his ways, let's just leave it at that.

That being said and heading back to the topic, it seems like Tarla's giveaways are not going to be a daily thing anymore. This is kinda annoying, because I feel like the moment I believe that there will not be a giveaway I'm going to miss another paintbrush or petpet. :(
