I saw a similar topic on the Neoitems forums, and thought it was a great idea for discussion!

Amongst all the wonderful and wacky Neopets items, which is your favourite? You know, the items that have caught your eye due to their lovely artwork, or they are funny, or amazingly rare and cool, or just plain weird! (and if you're like me, you stick them in your gallery or SDB for some reason, and then don't know what to do with them!)

Anyway, one of my favourite food items is the Mighty Melon Ice Lolly... because I love watermelon flavoured things, and the artwork looks great too:



I also like the Mouldy Potato, for some reason. It just looks so... blotchy! (it kinda takes pride of place in my rotten food gallery)


I also have a soft spot for most plushies, and also pizzas, for some reason

I love random neopets items. I have a gallery full of just random crap.

I can't narrow it down to one but..

I don't know why, but I really have a thing for the Dirt Pie.

I think a lot of the toys are cute. My pets are always delighted so I rarely need to play with them, but I keep a lot of toys just because I think they're adorable.

I find the Nimmo Bubbly Surprise deeply awesome.



I sent in the original artwork for the Fake Uni Hat and a few others (it's been updated, vastly improved, and my name's been taken off since then), so I'm quite fond of that one.



On a less egotistical note, I also really like the items that are still in old styles, like the apples and whatnot.

Now that's a loaded question. Favourite in what terms? There's so many to choose from.

My whole Neopets account has a big backstory that revolves around an RP I'm in (that's also where my username and sig originates) so a lot of my favorite items aren't "my" favorite items, per se, they belong to the characters. But just speaking in terms of me:


I love the Coconut Shy Quiggle. He makes me laugh.


The Evil Toy of DOOM reminds me of one of my closest friends, who is always going on about DOOM.


Anything having to do with Nova makes me happy...for some reason. There's something about a star with little beady eyes that tickles me.


I collect petpets that strike my fancy (if I can afford them ) , but I think the Primella is one of the most beautiful out there. Especially painted ones...I have a couple petpet brushes but I can't bring myself to actually use them, because I'm a big dork.

Pimplepepper, no doubt about it.

Orange Fuzzles are my most favorite things ever though. I love fuzzles to death.



Anything remotely relating to Kreludor, Virtupets, and space in general has a place on my favorite items list too.

Cause its so simple and pretty. And all the faerie dolls as well.

Ooh, fuzzles! I used to have a fuzzle gallery, a few years ago. I love the evil ones too.



I forgot about petpets! They'd easily deserve a poll of their own, really. This guy is definitely one of my all-time favourites though...

I remember falling in love with it ever since it was announced... it was too cool and I didn't buy it until something like May 2005 when I sold a petpet paint brush lol.
