EDIT: Whoops, no they haven't. I'm being a fool.

Lighting will play a major role in this, as will coordinates, I reckon.

Notice that the stuff is put where you click?

I think you have to trap him.

Make him go to the food, trip on the lamppost, look up and see himself in the mirror, back up onto the chair, and get down to talking to him about that key...

It's almost like that game. ;)

I got a feeling that light does play a major part in this. The "scary monster, run into another room" page makes me think we have to get some sort of light in these caves or expose the monster to it. I dunno

I have 9 rooms and nothing changes when you get chased by the monster.

I had the food and mirror in a lighted room, the monster ate the food, but nothing happened.

2 things.

Do ou guys remember in altador mini plot how when you had to jam the wheel things... they broke and that reset the whole thing? well maybe thats what happens when the monster comes...

Also, maybe we have to somehow visit the family in the mansion before we can do anything...

I don't know, I tried that and it didn't work . Then again, I'll try positioning everything more carefully...
