I'm not sure. I've only been on Neopets for 2 1/2 months. I got 6 goodie bags from the links listed.
Do the bags look different from year to year? I found 4 bags with Aishas on the front and 2 with ghosts on the front.

The ones from last year had ghosts and the previous year had pumpkins, I think.
I was hoping to get the bags before going to work, but I guess it'll just have to wait.
Here's hoping they get the problem sorted out by the time I get back.
I highly doubt that TNT has put restrictions of any kind on trick-or-treating. That would be like restricting the Advent Calendar, very not cool.

And I'm not sure, I've been on Neopets 4 years in March, but I took a break, and have been on my now main account, for close to two years. This is my first neopets Halloween.

Nope, there's a 90% percent chance you'll get cheap items like Spooky Gooplecream. I'd hold on to them.
But if you really want to open one, I'd say go for it.
I haven't been able to get mine. I've been hearing people talking about 'old' spots where you could collect the bags in the past. Are the spots different this year? And if so, where could you find them last year? I want to see if those work.

This year I'm unable to get the bags it seems... I've gotten them the past 2 years... weird... any tips?

Happy Halloween! Yah for the goodie bags.. I definately was hoping for some kind of trick to happen.. eh oh well. That sucks that not all of the people can get the bags.. I tore into all of the bags..

I can't find any bags. I did get the ones from last year. I don't think it is right that TNT did that. Everyone should be able to get bags.

The only problem is remembering what time you got them last year lol
Edit: Huzzah, got mine! Opened one and got Spooky Gooplecream and Spyder Wardrobe.
Apparently, you can only get the Halloween bags every 365 days (to the hour). So, if you got them last year and you started Trick-or-Treating at 2pm nst, then you'll have to wait until 2pm nst to get them again. Just keep checking every hour after that.

It is now working for me, at least.
I collected bags last year, and was unable to collect them earlier this morning.
Now, I am able to collect.
So they have fixed it, perhaps. I thought I collected bags early on in the day last year ... of course I could be mistaken.
