We have 6 seasons here. the aboriginal ones make much more sence to the weather than the standard 4.

We have 8 seasons here.
Actually... we only have 4.
How dissapointing.

I envy you people who have actual seasons. This is what Kentucky has:
January--almost-winter rain
February--gray manic-depressive-warm-and-cold-month
March--basketball time. I don't leave the house all month because the traffic is so bad, so I don't know what the weather's like.
April--35 degree rain competing with 75 degree cloudiness
May--pleasant weather that makes you want to skip class right as finals roll around
June--something vaguely spring/summerlike
July--Hell
August--Humid Hell
September--Humid Hell competing with rain
October--the good month! Except Sears puts up Christmas decorations.
November--I don't go outside in November because college football is in full swing, and that's almost as bad as "March Madness."
December--January, only with a few 70-degree days thrown in right around the 20th to kick you completely out of the holiday spirit

Try living in Melbourne. We get all of them in a day.
Swimming carnival last year at school... I got drenched in rain and looked like a drowned rat. The next hour, I was sunburnt.

Texas tries to have seasons.
March to April- Spring
May to October- Summer
November- Fall
December to February- Winter
But this isn't accurate because the weather changes constantly here. :\

I keep forgetting that you live in Texas. xD
But yeah, last winter was not very nice. I like cold days, but not this cold. Though I have to say it is better than 100+ degree heat.

If I say "If murder wasn't a sin, I would kill all of you because you're taking your sweet time with announcing the mods", how long will that set the announcement back? XD

If you kill the people who pick the mods, they'll never be announced.
Fri Nov 17, 2006 11:21 pm
It'd be better to kill everybody who applied for mods, then they wouldn't need to be announced...

Seasons in good ol' NY.
January - Ice Cold freezing. Better wake up early to scrape the ice off you're car. There will be a lot of it.
Febuary - Cold Cold Cold. Towards the end there is usually a few 60 degree days until...
March - Back to very cold, snowing quite a few times.
April - We usually have snow on April fool's day, and then it just rains the rest of the month. April showers isn't lying.
May - Rains for most of the month, with a few days of sunshine here or there. Usually around 60 or 70 degrees.
June - Sunny Sunny Sunny. Still not really that warm enough to swim until the end of the month. Barely any rain. High 70s early 80s.
July - Hot. Around high 80s early 90s. Swim or stay in air condition. Mostly sun, not much rain, which always causes a ton of droughts around here.
August - HOT AS HELL in the beginning of the month, usually high 90s early 100s. It says very hot until the last day of August, when we usually get our first cold weather day.
September - Always a few days of cold weather in the beginning, then back to June-like or July weather. Chilly in the mornings but sweltering in the afternoons.
October - Breezy, very chilly in the mornings and average in the afternoons.
November - Very chilly in the mornings and warm in the afternoons or cold. Rains about half the month.
December - No snow until the week before Xmas usually. Cold in mornings and in afternoons. Some sunshine, but always cold.
Haha New York is very cold apparently.

I'm in Newfoundland and our year is pretty much the same. Although it's rare to get over 85 degrees in the summer. (but here we call it 30 degrees
) We do get over 80 in august though.
The weather here is actually pretty good, not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer. It's just right!
Now what is this I hear about mods being announced any day now? Wait....ummm.....I think I dreamt that.
