Okay, I don't know if this is even possible, but I have to at least ask.

Over a year ago I moved my other pets to side accounts to train my main. It seems, however, that they changed the login system since then. I need the birthday of my old accounts. I have no idea what I put. They were side galleries, and most made when I was like 14 (18 now).

I can get the year from my neofriends list, which gives me the age.

Can I do ANYTHING other than go day by day and keep trying? Is there anyway to appeal?
Edit: Nevermind.. that's impossible as well. ERROR : Sorry, but you have entered the birthdate for this account incorrectly 3 times today and cannot attempt anymore today.

I really want my poogle back. :(

Sorry to hear :( I think you're going to have to go day-by-day... which sounds impossible... good luck though:D

It is very much worth it to continue guessing. Don't give up! If you have any idea of the month you selected, it should make it much easier.

It not, most people sign up quickly as possible and select January 1 or only scroll down a bit. Those first months are much more likely.

You can *try* contacting TNT, but I have never heard of anyone obtaining a favorable response.

omg, I did the same thing. Like you, I figured out the year I put from my Neofriends list, and am simply trying days. Good luck!

Cant you just request password? Surely this gives you all the info needed to log in.

I doubt so. Requesting for the pw only make neo automatically send you an email with your pw within 15mins. I've requested for my pw's for many times (lol I have bad memory) but none had my birthday in it.
However, I may be wrong. You can always try! :)

Oh right, well I didn't realise that.

I don't get this bit. I keep my pets all on one account and have no issues with training them. Why would you need to move them?

If you do quests, there is no way to gaurantee which pet will recieve the stat increases. Many serious trainers have only one pet on thier main account to overcome this.

I have come to realzie the same thing has happend to me.

Is there any way to clear data that the you can enter it more then 3 times a day, or is there any other help?

My best Idea iis because it's december instead of starting in Januray starting in July.

this way I can check my neomail and see if I got a older(giving me the answer directly)

and also getting 3 more guesses a day.

Asking for account info doesn't give you the birthday. :(

I sent in requests, but no answer. I doubt I'll get one from staff. :/

Yeah, I moved my pets over for the faerie quests. Dumb move though, really. I don't recommend it, especially after this.

I think they meant checking to see if they've gone from 15 to 16 or whatever.

Well, I got a reponse..

"Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry. You need to use the Passwords form located at http://www.neopets.com/contact.phtml under the Support section. Please include as much information as you can when filling out the form, including your username, birthdate, and e-mail address you used when you signed up. You can also include any information about your Neopets and items that you think will help identify you as the owner.

Heidi M."

But that's what I already sent in. That's what she's replying to. I emailed her stating that and asking if there was anything else I needed to do.

o_O

Anyone else have this happen? Marf. I wish I was still premmie. Maybe an old old account will help too?

Hi,
I had the same thing happen to me recently. I hadn't logged in to one of the accounts for quite a while and when I went back the password wasn't enough - needed the birthdate.

I contacted Neopets and they sent me a message telling me that they coulnd't help. Even after I told them as much as I could remember about the account - which honestly, wasn't much!

In the end, I sat down one afternoon and went month by day until I found the correct combo. It was well worth the time spent. That account had a lot of items in the safety deposit box.

Needless to say, I now have a Neopet journal and the first thing in it is my accounts and passwords.

One way (which would be a bit longer than the 'guess the birthday') is wait until the age on your neofriends list goes up. Then that means its your birthday!

If the numbers on two dice are added the result would be 42, so 42 = 2 dice, i.e. "Life's a crap shoot."

Yup. I did the exact same thing with my old account, firetiger123. I'm going to try the neofriends list age idea, I didn't think of that. Thx.

Scratch that: I'm in. =) Thanks to whoever came up with that neomail idea, would have never got in without ya.
