Hi can anyone help me. I have been scammed by someone who has taken over my neopets etc and i have tried to get through to the neopets team to help me but as I live in the uk it has been difficult. I have had replys to my e-mails but so far nothing positive has happened. I have lost everything that I have built up over one year. I have asked for my account to be frozen so that the scammer will lose averything but i keep getting passed back and forward to various email addresses which i usually cant access. i have asked for my password on this account several times also.

I think the nice buttkissing emails is the best way to get anything done - it's how I got my password back after I forgot and just don't give up!

thanks but am getting hacked off trying to get them to answer me straight. I spent over a year building it up and bingo gone in a flash

Thanks i have filled this form in twice now I think. I just wish they would get round to sorting this out or freezing him so that his fun is stopped

It usually takes them a few, to several, weeks to process the form (Quicker if it is filled out thoroughly).

How long ago did you lose access?

It was two days ago. I contacted them as soon as it happened but was sent from one place to another. I also have neopets premium as well. I just wish that I could sort it out quickly. I dont want to have to start a new account

I am sorry to say you must play a bit of the waiting game.
Premium usually speeds things up a bit,
but it will probably still take two or three weeks.
