I don't understand why people think this is a Borovan Day prank. If they'd shown something in the animation that remotely resembled a prank, and then gave us some prankish RE on the prize page, THEN I could see why that conclusion would be drawn.

But this... it just looks like TNT ran out of time and threw out what they had, which in this case was an animation and the avatar. There's not even a "Replace" tag like the Bori plushie had to suggest that this is a glitch. I suppose it could be a different kind of glitch, but my gut feeling is that this is all they could give us today.

Umm... You couldn't have reported the bug any earlier than today. TNT never gets back quickly (if they get back at all...) about these things.

I never got the avatar either.

Oh, um.... I'd heard you were supposed to get the Seasonal Attack Pea avatar today. I got mine last year, so I figured I never saw the RE because I already had it.

I'm glad to hear it wasn't just me who had the glitch. I saw the animation, clicked to get my prize, but all it had was a link back to Happy Valley. No avatar, no np, nothing. I don't have the Seasonal Attack Pea avatar, even after visiting the Advent Calendar.

I do not have the avatar....didnt get the avvie today. Not sure if I want to even try my chances with the advent today.

As for the glitches....I'm guessing its going to be a constant theme from here on out.

I hope this gets sorted out before Ogrin Day. Oh jeeze, if I don't get a prize on Orgin Day I'm going to... um... to be very disappointed.

Also, my gallery will be two items smaller.

Maybe its glitchy because of plot prizes. Yeah Right. I can dream

Wed Dec 20, 2006 11:26 pm

I already have the avvie.. but I probably should have checked this thread before I went. Nadda?
That's really weird.
I'm sure they'll fix it though! They always do. :)

Sorry if this has already been posted, but remember the Storytelling intro from the day before?

But his sister did not respond. Instead, she stared ahead in shock at the Advent Calendar. Though loud shouting could generally be heard from the place at all hours, as pets happily showed off their presents, the yells this time were of a more panicked nature.

Wed Dec 20, 2006 11:32 pm

Is that supposed to be a hint that they did it on purpose?

Wed Dec 20, 2006 11:32 pm

Oh my goodness you're so right!! I totally remember reading that.

Actually, I don't think I ever had a "collect" button even -- just the link back to Happy Valley, like was mentioned a few posts above. In that case, it sounds like a prank. And since they have consistently given us items that were related to the item in the animation... People would be expecting something attack-peaish, even if it was only a toy....

This, of all things, would be a truly unexpected prank.

Well, I'll feel quite foolish if they announce it was just a joke. oh well.
