My easiest assumption as to why this has happened is the holiday mess. It's one thing when a holiday like Halloween rolls around, but the change of the year is a much more demanding time. I would venture to guess that when the holiday's over, the glitch will become less frequent, if not disappear completely.

I never assumed this giveaway was going to go on forever, so didn't assume it was a glitch, and I still don't. I'm thinking it was set up to go for a certain number of days after you completed the plot, and it's now ended for people who finished the plot by the original deadline. If somebody who has finished the plot within the last month or two says it's not working for them, then I'll believe it's a glitch.

I didn't visit the Council Chambers yesterday as I was out of town for the day. But I just went now and received the page saying the original prizes for finishing the plot. None of them are in my inventory, so it didn't actually give me anything.

Same thing happened to me. Even after I refreshed the page, it was still giving me the original prizes.

I finished the plot about... maybe a month ago at tops. (I missed it originally, and then later on realized that I could still complete it) And it's not working for me either.

I've heard now from people who completed the plot at the deadline who are still getting gifts, so my theory is completely blown. I admit...it is a glitch.

My boyfriend joined Neopets about 3 weeks ago, and he did the Altador plot, but the King daily isn't working for him, either.

If this really is the endpoint for those of us who finished early/on time, why are we seeing the page from our first visit, rather than a page explaining this? That sounds more like a glitch, IMO.

I was able to collect it today without any problems, and I finished the plot by the deadline.
