Bassoon, lower register and extreme upper register (the bit in between sounds odd to me). Lower clarinet registers are lovely, too. Also, every single bit of the bass guitar's range and styles.

Acoustic guitar. A lot of music that seems to only sound good on one instrument can also be done on a guitar... it's kind of universally good.

Synthesizer noises! A synth can be manipulated in all sorts of ways.

That probably doesn't count, so otherwise, it would have to be the piano. Quiet, serene... very nice to listen to.
