I agree, this doesn't get me excited at all. It'd basically be fancier versions of neopets games that we wouldn't get np for. Which is basically why I play the games on neopets anyway. If all I wanted to do was waste time offline, I'd go play me some Chip's Challenge or something.
This seems like another one of the parent company's ideas...not exactly exciting or important for the site at all..
Well you can't exactly bag the game yet, it hasn't even came out yet. Who knows? It might have RICs implemented into the game or even some other secret features put in it.
And let me guess - you're part of the PR, right?

Can somone give me some idea of what Mumbo jumbo have made?
Because, past Neverwinter nights 2, C&C3 and Battle for middle earth 2, I've paid no attention to games since... Oh.. Halo 2 or so.

I have a weird feeling that the games will be a copy of the flash ones...

I really do have to admit that the posts sort of sound like a promotions campaign

They've created a very popular game called Luxor. It can be found on zone.com. They are also the publishers for Cubis and Bejweled, which also can be found on zone.com.
I am quite addicted to all three.

Yeah Bejeweled and Luxor are probably the most well known of the games, but they also have made games like Insaniquarium!
Deluxe, Zuma Deluxe, and Chuzzle Deluxe. I've played all these games and they all are very fun and addictive.
Also, of course I'm going to advertise the PC Game. I'm a collector of the Merchandise, a player of the video games, and an addicted player to Neopets for the last 6 years. So I will definitely try to get the word out on the game so that people will buy them, that way the site is supported.

Oh please oh please, they really need to make a game about Mumbo Pango.

It's only right!

Setekh, they are puzzle games. And very, very well designed. Superb graphics. Light years ahead of just about anything Neopets has in their games room. (no offense to the Neo team, honest). I suggest that you check them out sometime. You might find them to be a bit addicting.

I'll give them a crack at some point ^_^
Course, what kind of difficulty are we talking here?
I have precious little space on my hard drive (Less than a gig now) and nothing shy of Brain melting could get me to delete anything on there.
*Tries not to hijack the thread any further*
Sorry..

Yeah alot of people are thinking "Why not just just play the free games online that I can earn Neopoints from?", but the thing is the graphics are far superior to what Neopets has online. Mumbo Jumbo Games place alot of detail and effort into their games. They all have challenges to it too, so thats always fun.

Heey that's great news! More sections on PPT yay!
Sat Feb 03, 2007 7:57 am
Yeah well at least this time everyone (or most everyone) who plays Neopets will be able to play it since its a PC Game. Yeah PPT better make a few pages for it once it comes out. That will be great.
I'm actually surprised The PPT News Posters haven't posted any news about it yet.

Well, if it's somehow free, that would be fine. I have almost no interest in playing puzzle games like that outside of Neopets and the subsequent np I'd earn, and I have negative interest in paying for anything like Bejewelled.

I don't understand why alot of people feel this way because potentially this game may have a way of getting NP/Items. We don't know yet if it will give codes/links or other exciting features.
