I miss things being of a reasonable and realistic price not the insane ones they are today.

I miss the old destructo-match as well

I miss destructo match too.
I wish they'd stop updating images/games.
They need to keep the games the way they are (except meerca chase. the new one is a lot better.) and just make entire NEW games.

poogle solitaraire was my favorite... and the weird discount cards you got where in shops they took off a percentage of the price. haha and i remember agonizing about not being able to do the daily things because I was missing out on amazing freebies, now i could care less.


just isn't as exciting anymore. i miss the general vibe overall.

Those were AWESOME. So worth it.
It was things like that that made me actually DO the sponser type things on the site.

I'm not about to click on a stupid banner (not that I can see 'em with premium) but I'll sure go to a website or sign up for a newsletter for 7 days for a discount out of the various neoshops!

I remember signing up for so many sponsors because I wanted Fountain Faerie passes. I got a peach chia, electric eyrie, and two other pets on different accounts out of those. I got ridiculous amounts of junk mail on my old email because of it too. I even signed up for one sponsor, and got an electric robo-quiggle I still have that thing.

It's sad, because I'd DO sponser things like that.
I cliked on sponser links for the NP, but if it was an interesting website, I looked around.
I play sponser games because they give me NP and cuz some of them are fun (I've actually just ordered the first of the books that the "Clans" game is based of off).
I signed up for sponser e-mails for discount cards, and was sadly on hiatus when you could do so for FFQs. I would have willingly done it, though.
But I'm just so turned off by the other ads on the pages that even when playing on a side, I have adblock turned on.

I miss when Neopets seemed more concerned with the site than money.

I miss (and this wasn't even TOO long ago) when they focused on releasing a new pet, then making colors for that pet.... then released a new pet. So many of the newer pets don't have anywhere NEAR the number of colors (or in the case of the Lutari... ANY) that while it's great to have a new pet... you can't have a great color for AGES.

I'm pretty sure at least one of those sponsors is the reason I got so many enlargement and erectile dysfunction and porn offers on my hotmail account, because I remember that when I signed up, it told me I had to be at least 18. The sad part is, even though neither of the pets I painted under the sponsor Rainbow Fountain are that colour anymore, I still think the porn offers were worth it for the enjoyment I got seeing my pets the way I wanted them on my Quick Ref.
