A decent internet connection. Even if I'm not allowed to call for transportation, I could still talk to my friends (the most important part of my life), and I know there's ways to do grocery shopping online, so I wouldn't run out of food.

Back to the topic. My immediate thought was my music collection. Upon relection, my CDs wouldn't do me much good (though their shiny surfaces might help flag down a plane--if I used all 400 of them to spell out HELP), unless I also brought electricity, a CD player, speakers, that sort of thing. Which would take up a lot of space, I suppose. Particularly the wiring and electric poles.

So, I change my answer to my bestest friend in the whole world. I wouldn't need much of anything else if he was there. *smile* And you thought shapu was salacious.

Well, that's my first thought. My second one would be anything that would get me off the island (plane came second in my mind), in case I get bored. Anything that would let me go back to civilization without divulging the secret hidey-hole island that I can hog for myself. :)
