I was going through the news for a year ago, and it used to be so much better. TNT used to release so many new things each day, avatars left and right. What happened?

New owners?

Better than my guess.....they stopped caring

How....exciting.

And yeah, they DID stop caring.
That's why once the plot prizes ARE released (what, next month? few months from now? next year? never?) I am quitting. Period.

I'm tempted to leave now. I lost one million points from a glitch, and haven't heard anything from TNT on weather I'm getting the points back or not.

Is it just me, or did the news sound really... monotone?

No jokes. No meta references. Just a brief checklist of new things added to the site. It's like the soul was sucked out of tonight's update.

News is getting depressing. I think they basically hope we forget about our plot prizes. Maybe they lost our scores or had a glitch or something and they are afraid to tell us.

I wouldn't actually care if the did, as long as they told us.

That hardly seems to be likely seeing as they've provided us with a personal completion page. All that's left to do is determine the value of each step and battle.

*dies of boredom* Monotone is a good word for it.

I'm still holding out hope that they're all too busy with plot prizes to make the news interesting. I've been thinking that for the past month, though.

Boring, yes, but on the up side, the island dofrey is pretty darn cute.

I don't think one cute petpet is enough anymore. They know if one person here or there quits, there will be another hundred joining the next day. They just don't seem able to handle the multitudes in thier audience.

They also don't seem to care about member retention. Whatever happened to the bonuses or perks for the long time members? Newbies got Petpets and paintbrushes. It's clear who they value, and quitting now for political or personal statement reasons won't matter to them.

They can treat the fans of the site like garabage, and they will still come back, in droves, asking for more abuse.

It's makes me sadder with each new News.

I just got home from work and couldn't wait to see what the News would bring and to say that I was disappointed in the news is an understatement.

I don't usually like to jump on the bandwagon about how boring the news is getting, but I really feel TNT are just cranking out a template and just changing the characters.

I could almost forgive the late prizes if the news had more substance.
