My cousin forgot his password to his account on neopets and yes he did fill the box with his username the problem is he misspelled the email address my question is this What should he do?

Well, has he tried requesting his password again, this time using the correct email address? Because that's what I would do. Or am I missing something here.

They will only send the password to the most current email address that he gave Neopets. So, he can't ask them to send it to another one. He might want to make sure that emails from Neopets aren't being blocked. Some providers identify those emails as junk/spam and don't let them go through. He should have Neopets.com on his email safe list. My only other suggestion is that write Neopets a letter and send it via the post office.
