Ah, yes, I remember the good old days. When we'd sit around for almost an entire weekend glaring at that red pteri (only back then it was an angry usul--and the whites of her eyes were downright SCARY)--everyone would hang out here on PPT and chat about various things. The "Neo is down" thread would sometimes get up to 20 pages. Believe it or not, it actually was a lot of fun at times. Usually was during the summer and usually on a weekend. Though at times it was scary when the site would come back up because you never quite knew if it was safe to move nps, mess with your bank, move items. So, some brave soul would test the waters. Once it came back up and some of the petpets had been turned into inanimate objects (who could ever possibly forget Hollypop's green apple petpet).

Though I will say this. Back then we didn't pay to play (blood, sweat, and tears maybe, but no money). So we should be entitled to somewhat better service.

I loose any of petpets or pets, I'll raise heck like TNT ain't ever seen. I understand its going on a weekend, but I worked too hard over the past 2 years, to loose something as precious to me, as my pets and petpets.

Oh, they all eventually came back. Though I have to wonder if Hollypop's ever did. She really liked the fact that she had a green apple for a petpet. I miss her around here. She was a lot of fun.

But, that's nothing compared to the time the shops disappeared after a DFM period of time. And some of the shops did not come back--for weeks and even months. And when they eventually did, many items were lost and never recovered. That happened to several big mallers, including more than one PPT member. My husband's lupe/chia gallery disappeared for over a week. He was a nervous wreck because he had multi-millions invested in it. When it returned, all of the expensive stuff was still there--but he did lose a few small items. Ah, yes, the good old days. And yet both he and I still play this game. Perhaps we should look for the location of our nearest Neoholics Anonymous chapter. ;)

Nice of them to tell us. :)

Same for me. I tried to withdraw NPs and it just went to a blank screen. Which is a pain because I need NPs to complete my faerie quest! Grrr...
