I have seen on neoitems that there is a new cooking pot item that I desperetely want. Actually my poogle who has dubious tastes want it. Anyone know the recipe for the "foul smelling swamp"? Any guesses? I imagine it is a pond and....

There's also an item called the "corrupted pond" that's similar, if you can't find the recipe for the swamp. Also, it's actually not new, it's been around for a while. I seem to remember the swamp being in the news not long after they released the Stylishly Simple Pond, which I'm pretty sure is part of the recipe.

Actually, that article mentions nothing about the foul smelling swamp. Nor does the Neodex. I checked many other Neo fansites and no one seems to have yet figured out the combination. What I find interesting is that the foul smelling swamp looks exactly like Bubbling Swamp, which is supposed to be a Haunted Woods TCG prize. Neoitems does a great job with getting us info on new items, but since their website shows that this is still not an active item, you cannot yet count on this being a legitimate item. I have experienced this a few times with the plushies I collect. An item can be found on Neoitems and on the shop wiz, meaning that is "searchable" (though not yet released). And then later, it has been deleted or its name, description, etc. will have been changed. So, it is probably best to wait until you see this item as active on Neoitems, before investing too much time into it.

Many people have tried to figure out this recipe, and to my knowledge it's never been discovered.

It was announced at the same time as the Meepit Fishing Statue, which was made right away, and the Round Spotted Round Table, which only appeared recently because some of the recipe ingredients were not actually released until over a year after they were searchable. Perhaps that is why this recipe hasn't been discovered, because a component of it hasn't been released yet.

The image for the Foul Smelling Swamp changed right at the same time the Bubbling Swamp became available, and both images have the same address. So I suppose it's also possible they just overwrote the first one and it will never be discovered. I'm still holding out some hope... the Bubbling Swamp looks really cool in a garden, but there's only one in existence and it's not for sale.

Maybe one of the ingredients is that sparkling bog water.
It says something like "this is as sparkling as bog water gets" or something like that in the description.

It is most likely not released yet. http://items.jellyneo.net/ does not have an image of it yet and http://www.neoitems.net does not have it listed at all.

Bubbling Swamp is listed as a TCG prize by jellyneo while Foul Smelling Swamp is listed under Gardening. I hope that helps.

It was released long after the Foul Smelling Swamp was announced, so unless they change recipes after the fact, it can't be an ingredient.
