Was This Always In My Inventory?

I have just seen it in my inventory but it is a little different from ggagahc's where their inventory is still full of omelettes (food).

As soon as I had emptied the food from my inventory I got it, but with a little extra text:

"It looks like you do not have any food items!
Click on the links below to fomd some free food!"


It has gone again now it was only there for a couple of refreshes.
