Pets get hungrier faster?

Did they just make it so that pets get hungrier faster? I wasn't the first to notice this. I was on the boards and someone said that their pets seem to get hungrier faster. I think so too.

Actually I'm glad to hear that...I only have 2 pets at the moment, and I'm constantly putting food in my SDB because I have no room for it all.

First they take away all of the free daily feeds (7 Eleven, Pepsi, Miranda, etc) except for the once a week one, and now they're making our pets get hungry faster? I'll hafta stop selling my omelettes and start feeding them - either that, or go and hoard up on Scrawnyfish. Ah well. It might help clear out some of the extra "junk" food faster...

I think the more your pet weighs, the faster it gets hungry (at least, that seems to be a trend with my pets). I wonder if they'll introduce a "diet" for pets who eat too much?

On a side note, I guess this is good for the people who are trying to build up Gourmet Food points...

It doesn't matter, since your pets can still be 'delighted' even when they are 'dying'. It's probably more convenient this way, for people who are trying to make their pet glowing by stuffing them with glowing jellies, or whatever.

Oh, I know - but I like keeping my pets happily bloated. Even if it is off Scrawnyfish. (I feel bad if they're hungry). One of 'em got blessed with a bunch of Earth Faerie quests (back before I realized that those change the weight), and now eats a TON more than the others.

Me too. 200 something NP, and for 28 days, they're delighted and very full. That's the way to go.

I don't care at all. I only feed my pet when I want to fight otherwise it's not at all important.

If you set your country to Canada you can get daily free food here

Hmmn... I dunno. My pet Lutari is usually the first one to get hungry. His weight? 0. Seriously, he must levitate because there is no pull of gravity upon him. He weighs 0.

If I recall correctly, this helps those that seek to get the Soup Faerie avatar. I remember when she gave away free soup to EVERYONE (regardless of np) on her day or whatever and some people couldn't get the avatar because their pets were too full. Now they can, I guess. *Shrug*
