That was awsome. I forgot half those pets that used to exist. I miss some of the older pet designs. And I really miss the old Zafara.

Four comments:
1. I voted for #3 in the poll to decide the new Eyrie.
2. I don't remember which # I voted for in the poll for the Gelert, but I still can't believe that chicken-legged, zombie lookin' monstrosity won. (I definitely didn't vote for it)
3. Call me crazy, but in the April Fool's pet redesigns, I wish they had actually gone ahead with the Korbat redesign. (The others are all definitely bleech, though)
4. I'm glad they did away with the Stone and Unicorn pets, but wish they had retired Invisible pets instead of Glass pets. (I almost painted my Shoryu glass)

MAn, we could have had a bug brother as a pet! Also, I loved the fuzio! WHy did they change it?????!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember voting for that horrible green Mynci. I also voted for the ugly Gelert. 
I remeber when it won. And the Fuzio was so cool. The old Kiko was so cute. ^_^

While some of the pets were changed to make them more popular, I believe the Lupe and the Fuzio (not sure about any others) were changed for legal issues, copyrights or something? I think that is what tnt said at the time. I remember I was so upset when they changed the lupe...

Not sure about the Lupe, but I remember that week when they updated a lot of the pets. If I remember correctly:
Macy Grey, Bruce, and Fuzio (not updated that week though) were updated because of legal reasons.
Lupe, Elephante, Polypup/Gelert, Badeek/Kacheek, Tigrin/Acara were updated simply because.
