I hate when things are overly complicated... Like the layout. I wish we had an option of turning some things off or customizing our front page.

I like the layout change. I wish we had the option of shutting off certain modules, but that's a minor annoyance.
I hate all of the other changes, esp. what they've done to the pets.

Hate the new layout.
The pets part I can actually take, since it's not like I've been paying much attention to them lately anyway. The only concern is the weird black backgrounds around them now, was that really necessary?
With this new layout they've made the little amount of time I still spend on the site into a strain for the eyes and hand. *scrolling, scrolling, cringe, more scrolling*
The annoying thing is, some people appear to be having trouble with their pet pictures changing, when, for example, they zap their pets at the lab and the picture stays the same as it was, even though the species and colour is different now ...

There are lots of things I hate about the new layout, but the thing I hate the most is the pets! Some of the redraws are awesome (like the eyrie and peophin) but a lot are awful, and I REALLY hate the removal of the uniqueness of differently drawn pets, like mutants, faeries, Darigans, royals, etc. That is the greatest loss I think. It's made me very upset, to say the least.
I also hate how most of them look like they're holding things, I know they did that for the new dressing up thing, but when they're not holding something, it just looks stupid.
And you never see your pet sad or angry, or in a fighting pose in the battledome, that takes a lot away from the site, in my opinion.
I hate how small the images are, and that they've taken over!! I wish wish so bad that they would have just added on the new customize images to lookups (so you could see what other people's pets are dressed up like) IN ADDITION to the regular lookup picture, and used the old normal pictures for every other place you see your pet. That would make everyone happy.
I also don't like the new pet and user lookups. But I suppose I could get used to those eventually. But the changes to pet's images is terrible. It's making me think of spending a lot less time on Neo, or maybe taking a complete break from it for a while.
I want everything back the way it was!! But I'd settle for just changing the pets back.

I can't stand the new new layout, and I really can't stomach what they've done to my pets. There's so much crap loading on each page... Has anyone checked out their AdBlock lists? My AdBlock used to show around 10 to 15 links within the actual Neopets site. Now it shows at least 40, on up to 70 links. Ridiculous....

I'll be completely negative and say that I hate it all. I think the pets are the worst part of it, though. Maybe they ought to have done this in two steps. It's a huge shock to log in and discover that not only is the site layout itself entirely different, your pets are different too. And not for the better.
Although I still can't even view pet pages; it starts to load and then forwards me to a page that says in the url that the flash test failed, although the text of the page says that the Neopets name has been deemed inappropriate. Yeah, thanks a lot.

Well...mine might seem really petty but here goes.
I really HATE the fact that the main content of the site is not centred anymore. I like things centred. It makes things look more tidy and formal. My gallery used to look lovely, because the items were all in the middle and not to the side. And I used to LOVE having vertical banners going down the right side of customisable pages such as my user lookup, gallery and pet lookups. I can't do that anymore!
Oh, and most of the Neopets now look hideous...I forgot to mention that x_x

I think things are pretty much ok, except like lots of others are saying about the pet redraws. Leaves alot to be desired.

I don't like it at all. I don't like the Neofriend's module, I don't like the pet poses (I don't care if I can put clothes on it; it looks awful!), it's hard for me to navigate, etc. I'm trying to think if there's anything I *do* like about it, but I can't find anything.

I can deal with the new layout, really. BUT THE PETS! UGH! Now, luckily the pets I have weren't changed all too much...I like the way my Peophin looks, and my Gelert looks okay, although I'd rather his ears weren't all wavy. I liked the point they had to them before.
Even though my pets weren't the ones changed for the worse, seeing the other pets changed for the worst has made me hurt inside as much as if I did own them. Look at the Blumaroos! Ugh! They're standing! It looks horrible! And what is with the weird eyelashes?!

I don't like some of it. My pets are all funky looking now except for my korbat. Thankfully, they changed more or less for the better, although she seems to be holding an invisible object. I'm not sure what to say about my bruce, Kuku. But I'm really sad because my twins are ugly now! 
Well, they're not really twins, but they get along well enough to be considered twins. Well, anyways, they're a BLUMAROO and a USUL! Ahhh! I used to love how my blumaroo, Nai, sat on her tail without a mouth. She looked cute! But now she's deranged.....And my usul Carol looks like a baby with that scary face. But not the cute kind of baby. Speaking of babies, how do all the baby pets look like now?!
The new layout also makes my computer freeze up. If not that, it's super slow! Ahh!

After dealing with the pet customization for a month, I have to say that the saddest thing about the new changes is that there was such potential to be something good.
There are some cool aspects to it. For example, it's neat to play around with the clothing of pirate, robot, and island pets. Island Kougras look nicer (to me) without their neck wreath. There was the potential for pet customization to be something I really loved. A couple of species, like Korbats, actually look better now. However, customization was just too big a project for the artists to do justice to it, and they didn't.
Some pets now look like there wasn't much time and effort put into creating them. The new Lutari looks static and flat. It doesn't look like it was done by somebody who loves Lutaris. There wasn't an effort to maintain the essence of what makes a Lutari appealing - grace, dynamic shape, fun loving appearance. The new image has the physical requirements of the pet without the personality. The same could be said of the Xweetok, Jetsam, Hissi, as well as many redraw colours. What bothers me isn't just the fact that they changed the images, but that the images were changed in a rush, without paying attention the spirit of the pet.
They did tell us that they were working insane hours. However, if they still weren't able to put enough care and attention into pet art after putting in so many hours, then it was simply too big a task to take on.

Maybe I'm the only one, but it really, really irritates me that now the layout stretches my screen. I just hate how wide it is and that none of it wraps. I really, really don't need the side bar on the left hand side because I don't use the neofriends feature and I'm more likely to look at the quick lookup than at the side bar for my pets' stats. What do I get for that atrocity? I have to scroll to get to my inventory, which I use fairly often. I know it's just laziness on my part, but honestly how hard is it to make a layout that doesn't stretch the page?
