Pets! The little furry creatures that you keep as companions!

(Unless of course you have one of those weird hairless cats or something...)

So do you have any pets? I do! I have a really fat cat named Checkers. She's old and lazy and likes cuddling socks. Sometimes, if she sits in a certain way, she looks like a turkey. :roflol:

I have two cats at my apartment, Grace and Josephine. They're pseudo-rescue kitties...they were two when I got them, and I was their third owner. They really bonded with their first, and he had to give them up when he moved to another continent. Their second owners had no men in the house, and they were used to testosterone, so they un-adopted them, and I found them at Petsmard. Adorable, but both are dumb as a box o' rocks.

My parents have five cats and a turtle. Dad wants a dog, mom wants a fence, and neither one wants what the other wants. So it's cats. And the box turtle who eats KFC.

I have three cats, two orange tabbie cats, the oldest one who we inherited when we moved to our house goes by the name of Cleo, shes lazy and a great slayer of all things mouse like. Woody it somewhat like the kitten version of my older cat except hes a boy, hes only about 4 months old so hes still little, my other kitten who is about 5 months old her names Sasha and she is the most finicky evil creature ever...she meows like a baby till you pour her some milk and refuses water. My two budgies, Jack and Sky fight constantly, one will probably kill the other before this year is up. My idiot dog Shane is plain stupid and constantly eats things off the table and runs out the door every chance she gets.

I currently only have a dog, Kevin. He has very sharp nails (as all of my LJ friends know) but I still love him. He's a corgi/terrier mix.

He loves:

1. Me. :P
2. My parents
3. Bones
4. Molly (his best doggy friend)

He hates:

1. The mail man
2. Thunderstorms
3. Baths
4. Cats
5. Squirells

And I also plan on getting a small pet later on (possibly a parakeet or a rat- our pet store allows you to play with animals you adopt (anything besides the birds), and I just fell in love with a cream-covered male rat).

I actually found a bald cat once. It was really weird. I begged my mother to let us keep it, as I had already named it 'Rumples', but she refused. Poor Rumples, I wonder what happened to him...

Anyways, I have a chocolate labrador, and a hamster. I won't give out their names for privacy reasons.

Two cats and a dog. The cats names are Tommi and Elli and the dog's name is Patches. I'm getting some fish soon too.
