Got a Space Fungus Spore after poking it with a stick 5 times, now to find out what this weapon does

Edit : equipped it and in 3 turns did 2-5 icons of damage, light and physical, another useless weapon

It'll be because the item is above R98. Anything above R98 does not show in the search bar.
