Most robot-painted pets would work (as they have similar colour schemes ie lime green, red and grey). Here are some of the ones I especially worked:

Believe it or not, I have a Yooyu and a FirePPPB too. That would be lovely.. Else two of the most utterly expensive petpet's one can find.. '-_- The reason the Xweetok is there is because changing Nysh into a Xweetok is still acceptable.

Those matches all look really nice, but here are my personal favourites for each of your pets:
1) I love the faerie doglefox with Gynyvyve because they share a similar pose and almost identical colour scheme...although I am a little biased because doglfi are one of my favourite petpets because of their adorable personality description: "A cute mongrel that delights in finding small treats for your Neopet!". I think the faerie polarchuck looks neat too because of the inverted colours and similar body shapes.
2) Out of your suggestions for Aylyssa, I really like the feloreena because it is both a colour and species match (due to the ears ). I also love snowbunnies with cybunnies, so I thought I'd also recommend these two matches:

3) For Samwys I love the alkenore, because of the similar colours and species (cat-family ), and the shape of their eyes!
4) I would definitely morph/paint Nyshyra into a fire xweetok and then chose the fire yooyu match! Not only do you already have the petpet/petpetpb, but I think they would match really well together due to the glistening eyes and the fire outline
But ultimately of course, the choice is yours as they are yoru pets/petpets. Hope that helped anyway
