Ugh...now there's an annoying ad at the beginning of each featured game. Does this annoy anyone else besides me?

Adblock = heaven.
I have yet to actually *see* the ads...

Well, they're not ads per se, but rather as the game is loading up, instead of the usual Neopets-related animation, it says "brought to you by" followed by a sponsor's name.

I was previously getting annoyed, but now while playing a game for the third time, I start loading the next game in the background, so I do not see that message. :lol:

I think they have started these from the Altador CUP games.

I know! I wish I had adblock soooooo badly! It's starting to make me think that Neopets is all just one huge commercial. Good thing I found another pet site. It's still being made, but it's way better than Neo is now.

I've never seen it o.O I do have adblock and Premium though, so it's probably one of the two.

I also just get the normal loading screens. Maybe it's only in the US or something?

But seriously, an ad in the loading screen gets you worked up? It's probably one of the least annoying ads on the site. I can understand pop ups, the ads at the top and bottom, etc. They can get in the way or slow things down. But an ad that is just being shown in the loading screen? I mean, before that, you'd have to wait just as long for the game to load, so the only difference would be that you now see an ad instead of a loading screen for a few seconds. Just.. don't look or something if you can't handle looking at ads o_O

Yeah...I'm in the states and have seen the ad on the loading screen...Honestly though, it's really not a big deal. It's not like it's a whole commercial or anything. Just text saying disney.com...If it were a whole commercial that interfered with the loading of the game, I could understand being upset over that. But it doesn't change the loading time...at least not for me.

EDIT:
Oh yeah...I have premium as well...it doesn't block the ad. Probably because it's attached to the game.

It's not that big of a deal. It's not like some of the banner ads.
