To all of those interested in joining, there are no sign ups. You can just start playing right off the bat. If you need additional help, I am here most of the time and more than willing to try to help as much as possible.

- Because it is cute! pic from somewhere

Story as of now:
The Malboro breathes some Bad Breath all over Team Hyrule for -2 damage each. The Tonberry waddles over to Siegfried and trips. Siegfried helps the little guy up but gets chomped for -5 damage.
Siegfried: Ow! I’ll ‘doink’ you good!
Siegfried chases after the Tonberry while trying to use Everyone’s Grudge. Zant is walking around, taking everything in. The Twilight Messengers are holding an umbrella for their master. A strange cardboard box is following them...
Leon: Always has to be an umbrella...
Pit: How does he keep getting away with that!
Snake: How does who do what?
Pit: How does that idiot Snake get away with hiding in the box and no one seeing him!
Snake: I think that is a genius ploy. No one ever sees it coming, and it never gets old.
Pit realizes who he is talking to and spins around.
Snake: Hiya!
Pit: If you are here, then who is...
Leon: Has anyone seen Sam recently?
Snake looks thoughtfully at the box. Pit hangs his head in grief.
---------------------------
Morning. Everyone is going about their business, leaving Felix sleeping still in the middle of the floor.
Dart: So... uh... what’s with...
Balmung: Dave’s not here, man.
Suzu sighs and sips her tea.
Mai: So why is that person in the middle of the floor though?
Balmung: Some crap about Dave or something...
Suzu sighs again and takes a longer sip.
Flonne: Is he hurt!
Balmung: He’s fine. Right, Suz?
Suzu: Only one way to find out.
Balmung: What?
A dart hits Balmung in the neck. He is instantly asleep and falls to the ground.
Suzu: Excellent.
Flonne: Eek! Poor Mr Balmung. Get a tonic! Quick!
Suzu: I have a gel you can use...
Flonne: He is running a fever!
Mai: Calm down. I know how to wake him. Boy! It is hot in here! I guess I should take my shirt off!
Dart and Bridget run over as fast as they can. Laharl has a heart attack and faints. Felix and Balmung remain asleep.
Mai: Man, that is great poison.
---------------------------
Sephiroth is playing tag with Yoshi and Ridley, using Thundaja, when Colonel Johnson and his crew arrives back at the lair.
Sephiroth: You’re it. Blasts Ridley. Now you’re it. Blasts Yoshi.
Yoshi: Yoshi! [Trans: O’ thank you, great lord Sephiroth!]
Sephiroth blasts Yoshi again.
Johnson: If that is what you do to people ultra-loyal to you, I’d hate to see what you do to people any less loyal.
Sephiroth: He seems to enjoy it.
Johnson: Has he been reading The Misfortune of Virtue again?
Sephiroth: In the original French too.
Yoshi: Yoshi. [Trans: May you...be persuaded that true happiness lies in virtue alone and that, though Sephiroth allows goodness to be persecuted on earth, it is with no other end than to prepare us for a better reward in heaven.]
Sephiroth: Anyway. What do you have to report?
Johnson: No dice. We scoured all known encounter points for Dark Samus and found no trace aside from the basic low-level Phazon contamination at best.
Sephiroth: Well, this is deeply dis-Thunda...
Johnson: But! We did seize the opportunity to contact one of our allies. He said his robots will be searching as we speak.
Wily: Impossible! All of my robots are here!
Johnson: This ally makes robots of lesser caliber,
Sephiroth: Except a few,
Johnson: Than we do. I believe he has a vendetta against the rodents or something.
Sephiroth: We should try to egg him onto something more nobler...
Carmen: Sephiroth! I have some breaking intel! Zant is on the surface, and Koopa is on the march.
Sephiroth: What! This will not stand. First they take screen time away from me, now this! Riku! Take the Mavericks and head to the surface. Johnson! Take Yoshi and some droids and shadow Koopa. Carmen! Put the emergency lift on standby. This it Threat Level: Midnight here!
Everyone stands around looking a little confused.
Sephiroth: Move!
Everyone starts scrambling to get their jobs done.

0500/1700 Rule: Regardless of when the last update occurred, you may make actions after 5AM/PM your time zone. There is no need to wait for an update to make an action, but it is recommended. Any actions that break this rule will not count as a legal action and will be promptly (eventually) pointed out. If you miss one of the posting periods, you will not get an extra move. I will allow posts +5 minutes in so you don’t have to rush your action.

Specials follow the same format where appropriate.

Specials and weapons should be used before regular attacks can be used.

Special users can defeat one 1 or 2 HP NPC of their choice in addition to their special use (meaning without targeting the NPC with the special).

Final Smashes (FS): FS actions are powerful, character-specific moves with special effects. They can only be activated two ways and usually involve the character being removed from the game (see below) for a short time. The FS use counter does not reset until all characters have used their FS. To activate: either use a Smash Emblem or buy it with some points. Characters that still have an available FS are marked with the Yen symbol (¥)

Removed from the Game (RFG): Unlike in Magic: The Gathering, this is not a permanent effect. Characters removed from the game cannot attack or heal but cannot be targeted. They return to play after a set amount of rounds. At least three characters will remain in play at all times.

Titles: Titles basically serve no purpose except for bragging rights. You do get a minor point boost or some other bonus effect for earning them though. Some titles will be earned via the war, but most are available during regular gameplay. Some titles are even multiple use so they can be had by many players. A list of all earned titles will be kept throughout the game. At no time will it be revealed how you earned a title so it will be a better challenge to get them. Some will carry over to the next game(s), but most are once per game.

Special Character - Gogo: Due to Gogo’s unique nature, I will post his information every round. If there are any questions, PM me, and I will willingly help.
Gogo cannot attack or heal. He is active every round. He has only one special which he uses every round.
Special: Mime: *Gogo copies the last action done (the post above this use). *Gogo’s user may choose new targets. *If a special was used, Gogo receives -3 damage in addition to the special’s effects. *Cannot mime FS-es or actions in the GM’s posts. *Cannot be the first action of the round. *If Gogo is not used, he automatically heals for +1 HP each round, but he starts with 30 HP at the beginning of the game. *He counts as male for gender related contests.

Starting/Maximum HP = 50

Dream Land: +20 - Skill Copy - Members may use any special belonging to any [Faction] member. (Check character guide or with the GM for specials)

2: Djinni Guide: Name - Flint; Location - Announcements; Found by -
3: I hope you liked the commercial parodies. They are really fun to write. If you have suggestions, feel free to PM me. I will be doing more of the ‘who’s greatest’ discussions since they are pretty fun to write. Drools over the idea of more Mac vs PC commercials.
4: Read me! Or at least the ones written by your beloved GM
5: Send in more reference lists! I really don’t like the idea of giving out the prize to a list of one item... Only two more days to send on in.
6: Since I am very sick of these names, the Djinni is one of these, or is it: Granite, Flint, Reflux, Smog or Aroma. Wow. Almost done... I guess I should get better at hiding them again...
7: Okay... All but one regular has made their team requests. First team to be decided will be Heroes since there is very important work to be done with them.
8: When I designed the teams for this game’s war, I actually thought Ganon’s Gerudo Confederacy would be the funner team to try and use. Well, one of you might find that out.
9: Typhoon and I talked and rearranged his prize for a later day.
10: Hey! Listen! Shadow got two kills in a row! Too bad one was himself :P

Story as of now:
The Malboro uses some Bad Breath on SE for -2 damage each.
Snake: Geez. Totally unprofessional. I would never let that happen.
Leon: Let what happen.
Snake points. Zant is now resting on the box that Sam is in, seemingly unaware of the contents.
Pit: Told you it was the stupidest idea ever.
Leon: No, the stupidest idea was that armor...
Shirona: Armor?
Leon: Hotdog armor.
Ike: What kind of warrior wears hotdog armor?
Kratos wonders by whistling a jingle for something.
Leon: Please don’t get that started again.
Shirona: Get what started?
Leon: Just this whole... crazy thing.
Shirona: Interesting. Mind explaining?
Shirona sits down to hear Leon’s story. She drops a Pokeball. It rolls over to the Tonberry and activates. Lucario pops out. Tonberry uses Everyone’s Grudge, but it does not effect Lucario since Ghost moves cannot hit Fighting types. Lucario uses Dark Pulse to erase the Tonberry from the field.
---------------------------
Mai has propped the half-awake Felix up on a couch. Balmung is left on the floor.
Mai: Why did you come here?
Felix: Dave’s not here, man.
Mai slaps Felix.
Felix: I mean, I have an urgent message for Isaac!
Mai: Is something wrong?
Felix: Falling asleep again. Lighthouse attack... something.
Felix falls asleep with his head landing on Mai’s shoulder.
Mai: What do you put in those things!
Suzu: Fu...
Mai: Wait. I don’t want to know. Can someone wake him up?
May: Try Dizzy’s snoring.
Dizzy: I do not snore! Necro does...
Dizzy’s wing cackles.
Laharl: Etna is pretty good at waking people up.
Etna: Yeah. And I regret every minute of it.
Mai: Does anyone actually have a good idea?
Amaterasu walks over to Felix and bites him in a very sensitive area. Felix is instantly awake and yelling. He falls over to his side, crying.
Mai: Too good, but thanks for trying.

Round 49 Announcements:
1: Both Brackets are Active!
2: Djinni Guide: Name - Gel; Location - Plot; Found by -
3: I hope you liked the commercial parodies.
Last day to send one in. I am not giving out the prize to a list of one.
6: Since I am very sick of these names, the Djinni is one of these, or is it: Granite, Flint, Reflux, Smog or Aroma. Wow. Almost done... I guess I should get better at hiding them again...
7: I’m cashing in Christopher’s Pokeball for him. The rest of you get something else instead.
8: Most war teams are a go. Their information will trickle out starting before this round.
9: I am not applying J&L’s restrictions since Wario is Independent and therefore has no additional teammates to target.
10: Both Brackets are Active!
