Which Neopets staff u contacted? because i got banned because the email i used to sign up my mum's account (which was like 5 years ago) my account and hers got banned. when i filled out a form, Heidi replied saying that i can only have 1 account back so i decided to choose her account and I replied Heidi but she never seemed to reply me or unfroze that account ='( any suggestions?
